We recommend booking as early as possible, especially if you want first choice of dates, locations, and appointment times. Early summer incentives may have a shorter booking window, so call or text the studio as soon as booking opens if you are hoping to take advantage of those.

Once the busier summer and fall dates begin filling, we recommend planning at least four to six weeks ahead whenever possible.

Absolutely. Most seniors find it more comfortable to have a parent, sibling, or friend there. We just ask that whoever comes brings positive energy — it makes a real difference.

There are four parts to the experience: The Consultation (planning session, included with Classic, Luxe, and Senior Experience), The Formal Session (yearbook portrait), The Custom Casual Session (your personalized portrait session), and The Order Appointment (where you view and select your portraits about ten days later). We'll schedule all of these when you call.

The Lite Session is approximately 15 minutes. The Classic Session is up to 60 minutes. The Luxe Session is up to 90 minutes. The Senior Experience is 2.5 hours. Travel time between locations is in addition to session time for outdoor sessions.

It's more common than you'd think — and it almost always resolves within the first few minutes. We pace the session around your child's comfort level and use prompts and natural movement rather than stiff poses. By the end of most sessions, seniors are completely at ease.

Yes — most seniors change several times during a session, and we'll always help you find a comfortable, private spot. Depending on the location, that's usually:

• A nearby public restroom, when one's available and convenient
• Your car, which is often the fastest and easiest changing spot between locations
• Our portable pop-up changing tent, which we occasionally bring on outdoor sessions when there's no restroom nearby and space allows

We'll talk through your locations during the consultation so you know exactly what to expect and can plan outfits that are easy to change between.

The yearbook portrait is included with every session and we submit it directly to your school on your behalf. Keep track of your school's yearbook deadline — and so will we. Once a pose is selected, changes incur a $25 fee.

Yes. Every final portrait is hand-retouched before printing. Blemishes are removed, skin is smoothed, and eyes are lightly enhanced. Minor stray hair removal incurs a $15 charge per pose. Major corrections are quoted separately and always discussed with you first.

Your Order Appointment is scheduled about ten days after your casual session. At that appointment you'll view your retouched portraits on a large screen, choose your favorites, and place your order. Standard orders take 10 to 12 weeks to complete. We'll notify you by phone or email when everything is ready.

Anyone involved in the ordering decision should be there — typically both parents and your senior. Making decisions together makes the experience more enjoyable and ensures everyone loves what you order.

Call us before you leave and we'll decide together. We usually contact you first if there's a concern. Nashville showers are often brief — it may be raining at your house and sunny at the location. Overcast light is often beautiful for portraits, so we rarely cancel for clouds alone.

Regular sessions are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM. Saturday and evening Prime Time appointments are available by request for an additional fee. Ask about availability when you call.
