Early Arrival + Setup
To provide enough time to setup, test lighting and prepare team members; we will arrive 90 minutes before the first scheduled photos are to be taken.
Example:
Start Time: 8:00am we will need 6:30am entry into the building.
What We Need
We ask for an individual be on campus to allow us into the building and access to the location for Picture Day sets. Any delay in entry can result in a later start time. We will also need their contact information in event of emergencies.
Parent Helpers or Yearbook Team Helpers
With today's multiple versions of Touchless Picture Days, Parent or Yearbook helpers can assist with many tasks including traffic flow, uniform and hair consistency and student barcode distribution or allocation. Each helper is rewarded with extra discounted package pricing for themselves or a student in the household.
What We Ask
We ask if one parent or yearbook helper per set might be available.
Picture Day Traffic Flow + Schedules
The Picture Days sets are (when possible) setup for best efficiency, with students approaching the backside of the Picture Day Background. Parent or Yearbook Helpers can help prepare students at the designated spots while waiting to be photographed.
Added Mask Detail
Students may keep masks on until we are ready to photograph them. They will be asked to remove their masks and keep them in their hands or lap based on the pose (sitting or standing).
