For privacy, gallery passwords are not posted publicly on this page. Please use the password emailed to you or provided by Nashville Christian School. If you cannot locate the password, use the Contact Us button and we’ll be happy to help.

Use Picture Day Photos for regular school portraits. Use Media Day for posed athlete portraits, team photos, banners, buttons, and related media day images. Use Sports Candids for game-action photos. Use Candid Galleries for school events and special coverage. Use Formal Events for dances, graduation-related formals, and other formal school events.

Use the Need Help With an Order button. Please include the student’s name, school, gallery or event name, order number if available, and the best contact information for follow-up.

Most school Picture Day photo orders are completed in approximately 2–4 weeks based on current workload. Timing can vary depending on the type of gallery, product, season, and delivery method. If you need an update on an existing order, please use the Need Help With an Order button so we can look it up accurately.

If a Retake Day is scheduled, students who missed Picture Day can usually be photographed then. Retake details will be shared by Nashville Christian School and/or Uchida Photography when available.

In many cases, late ordering options may still be available, but availability can vary by gallery and product type. Some galleries may also offer a gallery extension option that allows the gallery to be reopened for an additional period of time.

Digital delivery is not immediate. Please check your invoice or the website product description for the average delivery time. Digital turnaround is often around 7–10 days and usually under two weeks, depending on current workload.

Use the Contact Us button and include Nashville Christian School, the student’s name, grade if applicable, and the type of photos you are looking for.
